- Antireflux surgery following open, endoscopic or laparoscopic / robotic technique
- Megaureter repair: reoperation for persistent or new obstruction or VUR
- Pyeloplasty following open or laparoscopic / robotic technique
- Hypospadias repair: reoperation for urethral stricture, fistula, diverticulum, BXO and/or hair-bearing skin

Current pediatric urology fellows will be allotted 4-5 minutes to present an extraordinary, unusual, rare, and/or breaking rules/norms of typical anatomy, patient presentation or outcome expectation case. After brief Q&A and commentary by the judges, a winner will be selected based on case content and presentation.
