Update Clarification Tuesday, March 20, 2007
In the Pediatric Subspecialty Certification blast e-mail update sent earlier today, there was a typesetting error which has resulted in some confusion regarding whether the ABU had approved a proposed amendment put forth by the Pediatric Urology Advisory Council and the Pediatric Urology Fellowship Program Directors relating to the length of residency/fellowship required in order to apply for a Pediatric Subspecialty Certification for those who completed a ACGME-accredited fellowship after July 1, 1998. To clarify, the ABU did not approve the proposed amendment.
